Working papers
Three working papers, one per companion specification. Each is deposited at Zenodo with a permanent DOI and released under CC-BY 4.0. The papers are the canonical written form of the framework.
Structural Command Theory
Specifies SCT as the structural-authority core of the framework. Names what authority IS, where it lives, and how it is structurally confirmed before it can be acted on. Establishes the axiom set (including the Authority-Accountability Inseparability axiom and the Workforce-AHJ-Operational-Hierarchy axiom) and the failure-mode taxonomy that operates against it.

Servant Command Leadership
Specifies SCL as the conduct framework that operates downstream of SCT-confirmed command. Defines what a leader must do once command is structurally confirmed — including the Honest Feedback axiom, the Recoverable Error Standard, the Duty to Step Aside, and the corollary set that paired conduct correlates of the failure modes.

The Executive Command Center
Specifies ECC as the visibility-instrumentation domain of the framework, operating strictly downstream of SCT-confirmed command. Three integration principles (Visibility Boundary, Authority Neutrality, Downstream Integration) and three constraint axioms (VisibilityOnly Authority Rule, Instrumentation Dependency, No Intelligence Substitution). ECC does not create authority, does not infer authority from observed behavior, does not render decisions, and does not redefine accountability.
